Q.How do I order my commission/item?

A. When you go on the services page on kitsuneco.bigcartel.com, click on the download order form button, fill it out and send back to us at [email protected] 

Q.Do you ship internationally? 

A. Yes we do ship internationally, but on a case by case basis. Please contact Shelice Toomer at [email protected] for  consultation on international orders.

Q.Will I get a tracking number with my order?

A. Yes. Each individual order will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Q.How long will it take to receive my commission/item?

A.  It will take 3-5 weeks minimum for your order to arrive. Production time usually takes 1-3 weeks minimum. Shipping time will take 2-9 business days. Please keep in mind that any orders made during the holidays will take 10-14 business days to arrive.

Q:How do you ship your items/commission(s)?

A. Large print commissions will be shipped in a large cardboard envelope via UPS. Anything smaller will be shipped in a bubble mailer.

Q:Can I revise my commission?

A. Yes you are allowed three revisions. The revision phase begins after the first delivery of the original draft. Revisions include: 

• change of scale (Chibi, Bust, or Full Figure). 
• color change of the ink. 
• color change of the character (skin, hair or clothing). 
• size of the commission(6"x10" to 11"x14"). 
  

Q.What  type of payments are accepted?

A. We accept Paypal, Check or Money Orders. Please keep in mind that your order will not go into production until we receive the initial payment of %50-70%
